The things saunas ask us.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. The booking flow can sit on your existing site behind a "Book" button. The website bolt-on is there if you want a new one.
How do I get paid?
Payments go through Stripe into your own Stripe account. Guests can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and memberships can be paid by monthly Direct Debit.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No app store download. Guests add the app to their home screen from your website in a couple of taps, on iPhone or Android, then sign in with their email and a 6-digit PIN.
Who can receive push notifications?
Only guests who installed the app and turned notifications on. They choose last-minute seats, offers, or both, and can switch them off in their profile at any time.
Can I move my bookings from another system?
Yes. We import your future bookings, customers, members and vouchers, and run both systems side by side until you're happy to switch.
What about the weather?
You can block an hour or a day from the back office, and the app shows guests live wind, waves and sea temperature for your beach.
How much does sauna booking software cost?
Stoked is a flat monthly price with no commission per booking. Bookings start from £45 a month, and every module together is £150 a month, excluding VAT. Card fees are Stripe's standard rates.
Can I try it before I talk to anyone?
Yes. The live demo at stokedsauna.co.uk/demo is a working copy of the platform. Book as a guest, open the back office and the app, and change anything you like.
Does it work for mobile and floating saunas?
Yes. You set your own days, hours, seats and prices, so it suits a trailer sauna that moves between pitches, a floating sauna in a harbour, or a fixed sauna on a beach.
