Capacity that works the way a sauna does
You set how many seats your sauna has and which days and hours you open. Each hour then sells seat by seat. When an hour has social guests in it, it can't be booked privately. When a group books the whole sauna, the hour shows as private and disappears from social booking.
Payments and seat counts update together, so two guests can't buy the last seat at the same time, even when they're booking on their phones a second apart.
The day, on one screen
The Today view shows guests, occupancy, revenue and add-ons sold, then every hour with who's in it. Add a walk-in, block an hour for maintenance, or close for weather in a couple of taps. Guests who are affected get a message, and the hour stops selling straight away.
Fewer no-shows
Confirmations go out by email, text and WhatsApp the moment someone books. A reminder goes out on the morning of their session. Every message includes a link to change or cancel, so seats come back to you instead of sitting empty.
Payments that land in your account
Stoked uses Stripe. Guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the money goes into your own Stripe account. Refunds, vouchers and member credits are handled inside the same booking.
